Beijing, December 18, 2025 - Today, a grand celebration was held in Beijing to mark the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the People's Republic of China and the Federal Republic of Somalia. The theme of this event is "Join Hands to Innovate and Create the Future Together". It aims to review the friendly exchanges between the two countries, deepen bilateral cooperation and jointly look forward to the blueprint for future development. Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, officials from the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in China, and friendly people from all walks of life attended together to witness this important moment.
